Building a new home in 2021?

Choose Housebusters to be your trusted construction consultant if you’re building or renovating a home in 2021!

We can perform all stage inspections required by your lending institution.

We can perform other, vital inspections at various stages of construction. These inspections will ensure your home is well-built and constructed according to the latest codes.

Housebusters can also review the specs to ensure they include sufficient detail to protect you! We can advise you every step of the construction process so you can receive the best, most energy-efficient home for your hard-earned dollars.

Housebusters is currently performing inspections for a few of the most-respected builders in the area. These quality builders want to ensure that their homes are constructed to the highest standards. Having a third party perform these inspections provides their clients with an extra assurance that their homes are built well and according to the latest codes.

After all, a simple mistake such as leaving out insulation in a single area of a wall before sheetrock is installed, not sealing the building envelope according to the latest codes, not having sufficient depth when pouring concrete footers, or oversizing the HVAC system can end up costing homeowners thousands and even tens of thousands of dollars in utility bills or repairs. We have seen all of the above when inspecting homes under construction and major renovation projects for our valued clients.

If you’re building a new home or planning a major renovation, trust Housebusters to ensure your home is well-built, energy efficient and constructed according to the latest codes!
