Charles did an awesome job and was very thorough and very helpful. This is my first home and he made sure to take the time to explain everything he was looking at to me as well as explaining why he was looking at it. He told me everything he saw good or bad, things to keep an eye while owning this on or another home, and helped explain common things he sees as well as how they can be corrected. He also helped me understand how to plan ahead and when to expect replacements and how much to expect them to cost. He mentioned that he has taught home inspection classes before and while he’s inspecting your home you will get a free condensed version of that! I almost feel like I could do my next inspection on my own but I will happily pay for his expertise on top of that!
