Charles/Housebusters summed up in one word: INVALUABLE. Charles saved us upwards of $40,000 (in unnecessary “fixes”) and gave us peace of mind to move forward with our forever home purchase. This gentleman knows his stuff and wants to make sure you are educated on his findings, what is causing the issue, and how to fix it. I don’t know where else you could find a mold, asbestos, lead paint, and property inspection expert all wrapped up in one. Charles was also able to recommend other services needed throughout our purchasing process which resulted in another huge savings.
