Hardest Working Man in Home Inspections

Housebusters’ Charles Roskovensky has earned quite a reputation — as one of the hardest working people in home inspections.

Since 1990, Charles has performed over 15,000 inspections, making him one of the most experienced and respected home inspectors in the area — if not the nation.

It’s not unusual for Charles to begin working on his inspection reports at 4 or 4:30 a.m., or to be working on his reports at 9 or 10 p.m.  His valued clients rely on him, so he always delivers quality reports and inspections for them.

It’s also not unusual for Charles to perform inspections in Fairchance and Uniontown, Pennsylvania, in the morning, before traveling to Morgantown, Fairmont and Bridgeport, West Virginia, to perform additional inspections in the afternoon and early evening.  On one day recently, he performed a home inspection in Bridgeport, before traveling to Grafton and then on to Buckhannon, to perform two additional inspections. This is just a typical day for Charles!

Because of his strong work ethic and commitment to clients, Charles strives to complete inspections within 24 to 48 hours of a client’s initial call — and to have inspection reports back to them within 24-48 hours of his visit to the home.

Charles exhibits a work ethic second to none, as well as a commitment to clients that’s also unequaled. As a “full-time” ASHI-Certified inspector, Charles is fully accredited by the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and is recognized as having the highest standards in the profession.

To learn more about Charles and Housebusters, feel free to call him at 800-847-3500.  You can also book any inspection service (i.e., home inspection, mold test, well water test, radon test and even a septic test) online. No matter which inspection services you require when purchasing a home — or which loan program you’re using to finance your home — Housebusters can perform all of the inspection services for you!
